Crape Myrtles are a landscape essential!

With showy summer flowers, attractive bark, & brilliant foliage colors, it's easy to see why Crape Myrtles are a Southern staple!

Enjoy colorful blooms from early summer to fall!

These dense, multi-stemmed deciduous shrubs offer relatively fine texture that sets them apart from other plants. They are deer-resistant, attract butterflies, and are relatively low maintenance and fast growers! They prefer moist, well-draining soil, and have no significant negative characteristics.

Crape Myrtles prefer full sunlight and will preform best if they get 6 or more hours of direct sun a day. If pruning is desired, wait until late winter once the threat of extreme cold passes.

Ideal landscape uses for Crape Myrtles include accenting, mass plantings, and hedging or screening. Size at maturity varies with each variety, with the average being anywhere between 15-25' tall and a 6-15' spread.

Plant the same variety to create mass color within the landscape, or plant various varieties to create an impactful array of colors!

Our selection and varieties available will vary depending on the time of year.
