DewNet is the internal mobile application of DeWayne's, Inc. ("DeWayne's", "we", "us"), provided to DeWayne's employees. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

What information we collect

We collect only what the app needs to sign you in and deliver company communications:

• Contact identifier — the work email, personal email, or mobile phone number you use to request a one-time login code.
• Device & notification data — a push-notification token and basic device identifiers, used to deliver announcements to your device.
• Authentication data — the login codes and session tokens that keep you signed in.
• App activity — records of announcements you acknowledge.

We do not collect your location, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not show ads. Employee personal information (email, phone) is stored encrypted.

How we use your information

• To verify your identity and sign you in (the one-time code sent to your email or phone).
• To deliver company announcements and notifications to your device.
• To operate, secure, and support the app.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How your information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run the app, and only as needed:

• Microsoft Azure — secure cloud hosting of the app's backend and data.
• Brevo — delivery of your one-time login codes by email and SMS.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — delivery of push notifications on Android.
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — delivery of push notifications on iOS (when the iOS app is available).

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How we protect your information

• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• Personal identifiers (email, phone) are encrypted at rest.
• Access is limited to authorized DeWayne's systems and personnel.

How long we keep your information

We retain your information for as long as you are an active DeWayne's employee and use the app, and as needed for legitimate business, security, and legal purposes. When you leave the company your access is revoked.

Your choices and rights

• You can turn off push notifications in your device settings at any time.
• To access, correct, or delete your personal information held by the app, contact HR or IT at technology@dewaynes.com.

Children's privacy

DewNet is an employee application and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required for employment.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
