HR Manager Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Human Resource office. Ensure that all personnel are trained in the DeWayne’s procedure and polices (related to ethics, compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing.)

- Departmental planning
- Recruiting and staffing
- Performance management
- Regulatory compliance
- Onboarding and training
- Employee relations
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee safety
- Conduct employee counseling/disciplinary action
- Terminations
- Unemployment claims
- Department scheduling
- Process payroll
- Maintain employee records
- Update policies
- Performs all other reasonably related job duties as assigned by management.
