We appreciate your business and understand that there are times when merchandise may need to be returned or exchanged. Merchandise brought back must be in new or unused condition.
Here's how it works in our Gift Shop and Boutiques...
- A full refund is possible when an item is returned within 14 days of purchase, along with original tags, packaging, and reciept.
- An exchange or store credit is possible when an item is returned within 30 days of purchase, along with original tags, packaging, and receipt.
- Statuary, Pottery, and Fountains may be exchanged when returned with receipt within 14 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies!
- Trees and Shrubs are covered by a 1 year replacement warranty with proof of purchase. Annuals, Tropicals, and Perennials are not under warranty.
- Christmas themes merchandise may not be returned after December 15th.

Merchandise discounted 25% or more is sold as FINAL SALE and may not be returned! Warranty not valid on Clearance items.
Shipping and Handling Service
Need to return your shipment? We will be happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt of package. We do not offer refunds on shipped goods.
- Items must be returned in sellable condition with original packaging and tags.
- Eligible returns can be completed in store or shipped to DeWayne's at the customer's expense. The return policy begins on the date the package is delivered.
- If returning by mail, you MUST fill out our return form by visiting our website, or fill out the form below!
- Shipping fees are non-refundable! If you choose an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping back to you!
- Store credit will be given in the form of a gift card and mailed back to customer within 5 business days.
